Sanding belts get clogged easily depending on the type of wood being sanded. But instead of tossing out the clogged belt, extend its life by using the DCT Belt Sander Cleaner Stick Sanding Block. Clean your sander after each heavy sand by turning the sander on and placing the belt sanding cleaner on the sandpaper to clean out the sawdust and pitch. The natural rubber construction of the sandpaper block works best on belt and disk sanders to allow your belts to cut faster and last longer. However, the block sander can also be used to clean a disk sander, drum sander, rubber bottom shoes (not plastic), or even skateboard grip tape. Sand paper block is designed for cleaning purposes only; Not intended for use on wide belt or conveyor-feed type sanders.
