Kenya and Shymere two siblings from Port Au Prince, Haiti are brought over to the states in hopes of a better life. However, the American dream quickly becomes a nightmare when their father is brutally killed. Despite being haunted by her gruesome past, Kenya a Temple law student, remains optimistic about the future. That is until her world is turned upside down by the man she loves. Desperate for revenge Kenya turns to her little brother Shymere aka Shottie, a relentless stick-up kid. Driven by despair and circumstances they take on the mean streets of Philly in search of vengeance as they face their own demons. They will protect each other at all cost and let nothing stand in their way. It's a heart wrenching tale of love, betrayal, duality and self discovery.
