CRC Lectra Clean heavy duty electrical parts degreaser. It is a chlorinated solvent-based degreaser that is extremely effective in most heavy duty applications. It dissolves grease, oil, tar, dirt, grime, corrosion, sludge and other stubborn substances to increase operating efficiency of electric motors and equipment. It evaporates quickly, is non-conductive, non-corrosive, and non-staining. It is non-flammable and non-ozone depleting. Recommended for the effective removal of grease, oil, corrosion, sludge and other contaminants from electric equipment such as electric motors, armatures, relays, electric panels, or generators. No flash or fire point - significantly reduces the risk of fire caused by incidental contact with live electrical equipment or solvents trapped by insulating materials. Fast evaporation - minimizes downtime associated with "clean-in-place" cleaning methods. Residue free - prevents harmful buildup and eliminates rinsing or wiping. No class I or II ozone depleting chemicals - alternative to 1,1,1-trichloroethane products while complying with the EPA regulations on the use of ozone depleting chemicals.
