He has chosen some of his best photos of some of his favorite cowgirls for this book, which is intended to be a celebration of the American Cowgirl - her beauty, her skill, and her love of horses and the West. David spends every free moment photographing cowboys, cowgirls, and all elements of their lives, preserving their heritage and traditions. You have to ride as the job demands, be it 100 degrees or 40 below. It also means you have to work twice as hard to prove you can handle the job. On the upside, the cows don't care if you're wearing makeup or if your shoes don't match your purse.
