GET YOUR BASKET BACK TO A NICE ROUND SHAPE AFTER BEING IN STORAGE One of the great things with this basket is the ability to store it out of the way without taking up much space. When you ready to use your basket again, here are a couple of ways to help restore your basket's shape. Iron the wrinkles out with a steam iron You'll need an iron, ironing board and a towel. Set the iron on the low heat setting and high steam setting. Place the towel on the part of the basket you'll like to remove a wrinkle from and place the Iron on top of the towel out the wrinkles in the basket while generously applying steam. Fill the basket with stuff Another way to restore its shape is by filling the basket with stuff. Blankets or towels work really well. Fill the basket as tight as you can, that'll push the basket out and give it back its round shape. This is the easiest way to remove the creases, but it will take a little while for the cotton rope to "remember" its shape. Use a steamer to steam out the wrinkles A steamer also works great. Filling the basket like the previous step and following it up with using a steamer on the outside of the basket helps accelerate the basket "remembering" its shape. Spray the stain and allow the stain remover to soak in. Now place the basket in the washing machine using the gentle cycle. If you still see the stain after the wash cycle is complete, spray it with oxi clean again and let it sit some more and put it through the washer again. If the stain is all gone, you can air dry your basket or use a dryer on the low or delicate setting. Note: Don't put the basket in the dryer if you still see the stain on the basket. The heat locks in the stain and makes it tougher to get out afterwards.
