About Cort 6 String Acoustic-Electric Guitar, Right
The Cort AF590MF represents the first instrument manufactured specifically to bring you boutique features and appearance, at an extremely affordable value. The AF590FM first and foremost is an all-Mahogany Concert body guitar ideal for fingerstyle playing, and folk or alt-country music genres. The smaller body size produces a more focused and balanced sound than the dreadnought, with clear highs and a strong mid-range. The neck meets the body at the 12th Fret conjuring up images of vintage parlour guitars as well as classical guitars thus making the instrument more compact, without sacrificing tone or overall sound. We've chosen a unique Open Pore Black finish allowing not only a stunning visual effect, but also allowing the player to be in more direct contact with the wood which resonates freely. When being amplified, the AF590MF utilizes the Fishman Sonitone Preamp and Sonicore Pickup which has been installed internally to avoid cutting out any of the wood. This approach retains all of the natural resonance and pure acoustic sound of the instrument. A slotted headstock completes the boutique look.
