About Corning 3897 Polystyrene V-Bottom 96 Well Clear
This non-sterile Corning 96-well clear polystyrene micro plate with V-bottom wells has a total well volume of 320µL, with a recommended working well volume of 75 to 200µL. Not treated (or medium binding) polystyrene surface is hydrophobic in nature and binds biomolecules through passive interactions. Suitable primarily for the immobilization of large molecules, such as antibodies, that have large hydrophobic regions that can interact with the surface. Untreated micro plate has a binding capacity of approximately 100 to 200ng IgG/sq. cm. Conforms to standard micro plate footprint and dimensions. Packaged 25 per bag, with 100 per case. Non-sterile.
