Multi-ply construction has 2 layers of stainless steel and an aluminum core along base and walls. Stainless steel is durable and looks great. Aluminum core for even heat distribution and prevents hot spots. Stainless steel lids keeps heat and moisture in. Riveted handles stay cool and are comfortable to hold. Induction compatible.
