The Condor Jungle Bowie is a 16-1/4in knife that has a 0.14in thick blade that is 11in long. The Jungle Bowie is constructed of 420 high carbon stainless steel and is heat treated and annealed to about 50-55 Rockwell C scale. This knife is coated in an Ultrablac2 finish which is a black oxide finish for greater rust prevention that also provides a tactical look. The finish coating meets and exceeds many military specifications from the U.S. And other elite tactical groups around the world, and is well known for metal protection and abrasion resistance. With its ergonomic Poszegrip santoprene handles this tool's handle is not only strong but has just the right amount of softness to provide a true cushioned grip.
