The Inverted U Rack, also known as Hoop Rack or Staple Rack, is constructed of thick HSS 1.9 inch OD round steel tubing and the full radius bend makes the rack attractive and functional. You can park up to 2 bicycles securely. 2 - two bolt mounting flanges on each side accepts 1/2" square neck bolts for mounting rail systems. Use a cable lock or U-lock to securely lock your bicycle to the rack. Mounting hardware is not included. DuraplasTM Thermoplastic. It is the most durable, longest lasting finish available, ensuring that our racks stand up to damage caused by harmful elements and direct impact. It's double locked UV stabilized coating can withstand the harsh exposure of both seaside and snowy landscapes. This state-of-the-art polyolefin finish has been widely used in the automotive industry under a range of rigorous conditions, including marine environments where salt water and air corrosion can greatly diminish the lifespan of most outdoor metal products.
