We naturally associate colors with emotions and feelings. We say, "I'm green with envy," or "I see red!" or "You're yellow bellied," or "I'm feeling blue," or "I'm in a black mood." With color therapy, each color is associated with particular emotions and feelings. Each color has a unique frequency and vibration. When a particular color frequency enters the body, by wearing color glasses, for example, that vibration can have an effect on us. It is easy to become out of balance. The appropriate color may allow our feelings and emotions to return to a balanced state and we'll feel better. In addition to mood enhancing, light/color therapy may have effects on a wide variety of health concerns or conditions as well. Click on the image of each color to learn more!
