Cleveland Q-Cobalt 29 piece high-performance wide land parabolic jobber length drill bit set. Cobalt steel tools are similar to high-speed steel, but with more cobalt for improved performance when cutting harder metals such as stainless steel or nickel alloys. Gold oxide is a thinner oxide surface treatment than black oxide typically used to identify cobalt steel tools; performance is similar to uncoated tools. Round shanks allow use with a wide variety of toolholding systems. Parabolic flute drill bits have larger flutes than regular drill bits, for improved chip removal when drilling metals with large chips such as aluminum or titanium. Huot metal index set case type. 1/16-inches - 1/2-inches set size range. 1/64-inches set size increment. Deliver close hole tolerance for high-precision work.
