About Class 0 High Voltage Insulated Electrical Gloves
ShuangAn rubber insulated work gloves are manufactured with a natural rubber process i. These 11" class 0 gloves are compliant with ASTM standards that suitable for electrician.They are colored in black and smooth finish, anatomical design and are comfort. Size available from size 8 to 11 Electrical insulation protection offered for linemen and workers who must work in electricity-related environment, even need for live working. Protect them from electrical shock, and even more severe injury resulted from unexpected touching the electrified equipment or the live line. Usage: 1. The gloves can be only used in the workplace which the working voltage in conformity with gloves’ grade. Leather protector gloves should be used with the rubber insulating gloves. Without the leather protector gloves, the rubber insulating gloves shall only be used at voltage up to and including 500 V AC or 750V DC 2. Before each use, air test and visually inspection must be done by the user carefully, the air test shall be conducted by rolling the cuff tightly toward the palm so that the air can be entrapped inside the glove or by using a mechanical inflator. Only after thoroughly checking, the gloves can be used. Leather protector must be inspected inside and out before use. 3. Do not wear rings, watches, jewelry and sharp objects on your hands or arms since they can damage the interior of the rubber gloves and negatively affect the protection against electrical shock. 4. Dielectric performance re-test must be done at least every six (6) months. Storage: Gloves must be stored in a cool, dark and dry area with suitable package (bag or carton for each pair),ambient storage temperature does not exceed 35℃(95℉),keep away from any heat sources ,chemicals ,oils and solvent, do not expose gloves to direct sunlight and ozone .gloves make sure gloves are not folded and compressed.. Cleaning: If gloves are soiled and require washing, use warm soapy water and do not exceed 65℃.
