Choose the developer needed to achieve the desired result. Use with Clairol Professional Clairoxide Clear Liquid for bottle applications or Pure White Creme Developer which is ideal for bowl-and-brush application. Mixing: Mix 2 oz. of Clairol Professional Liquicolor Permanente with 2 oz. of Clairol Professional Developer. For high-lift blonde shades mix 2 oz. of Clairol Professional Liquicolor with 4 oz. 40 Volume Clairol Professional Developer.
