Product Description Christmas Eve is a transcription of the recording by harp virtuoso Sunita Staneslow. It features 16 exquisite holiday tunes written in standard notation for the Scottish clarsach or folk harp. About the Author A graduate of the Manhattan School of Music, Sunita is classically trained with a passion for traditional music. Sunita is a frequent performer and instructor at harp festivals across the United States. She is a regular teacher at the Island Mountain Arts International Harp School in British Columbia, Canada. Sunita works as a therapeutic musician at the Schneider Childrens Hospital near Tel Aviv. She has also been part of two medical studies with her harp at the NICU at Meir Hospital, just down the street from her home in Kfar Saba. Sunita was named one of the top ten Jewish instrumentalists by Moment Magazine and she was a recipient of a 1998 McKnight Foundation Fellowship in recognition of her work with Jewish music. She has released 12 CDs on several labels of Jewish, Celtic and classical music and published over twelve books of her arrangements of music for the harp. Sunita moved from Minnesota to Israel in the year 2000 with her husband and two kids, two dogs and three cats
