They feature, unique tip geometry, reinforced flutes, and BC20 grade carbide for faster and longer drilling. 4 Cutter Cross Head design enhances hole roundness and rebar cutting. From the Manufacturer Proline SDS-Max Hammer Bits incorporate optimal design of head, fluting and shank. SDS-Plus features the versatile "slot drive system", double helical and vario-flutes with progressive angles for straighter holes and faster dust removal and the latest QX multi-cutter head, which delivers 30% more lifetime in 4500 psi concrete. Up to 5 times longer life when hitting rebars. The 4-cutter drilling head with X-shape cutter formation penetrates quickly and powerfully into the hardest concrete and brickwork. Benefits include less operator fatigue, superior performance and longer lasting tools. Composition includes chrome-nickel-molybdenum steel, special impact grade carbide, vacuum heat-treating and brazing. The core strengthening ensures full power transmission.
