Certifications: Abuff mini valve have FULL Certifications which guarantee high stability of quality for each items we sold. Starting from design we abide by standard ASME B16.34 strictly with Blow-out system. Mini ball valve Certified to PED97/23/EC which ensure Heavy Duty capability of ball valve working on 1000PSI/PN63 (6.895MPa) pressure. Each items have been checked and passed by standard DIN3230/3, EN12266 guarantee completely no leak from valve body. Pipe Thread Standard: The standard of pipe thread by standard ASME B1.20.1 BS21.DIN2999/259, ISO228-1, JIS B 0203, ISO 7/1. In order to protect thread without any damages by transportation matters we offer two plastic protect caps on both male and female end. 304 Stainless Steel With Perfect Polish: The Body of Ball valve made of 304 stainless steel with protector allow customer seeing perfect finished valve when you receive this product. 304 stainless steel produces extra strength, life-time and corrosion resistance much better than Brass Ball valve. Operation working temperature from -20 to 180℃. see image(2) to check the specific size of mini ball valve with aluminum alloy quarter-turn lever which rotates freely with good tension and is small enough to fit in a tiny space.
