The handle on the bag is also a shoulder strap for hands-free carrying, and the seat-belt pass-through keeps the cat on the car seat during traveling. Using it is easy: Unzip the bag and open the Velcro collar. Place the bag in front of you and fold back the top side. Place your cat on the inside of the bag.
