The Carlisle 3089513 quarter size high heat drain shelf rests on sturdy feet inside the food pan allowing excess moisture to move away from salads, fried foods, meats, fruits, frozen desserts and vegetables ensuring contents stay dry and fresh looking. Amber colored high heat plastic (-40°f to 375°f) provides a single solution for cold storage, flash-freezing, microwave preheating and cooking as well as prolonged high temperature retention in steam table applications. The drain shelf compliments Carlisle high heat food pans (sold separately) to complete every food serving and presentation need. The drain shelf is NSF listed, BPA free and dishwasher safe. It has overall measurements of 10.25 x 6.38 x 0.6 inches (L x W x D).
