The Carlisle 10622C09 StorPlus polycarbonate food storage box is translucent green, measures 26.00 x 18.00 x 9.00 inches, and can be used in a food service facility to hold, carry, or store produce or other foods. The translucent green polycarbonate resists impact, stains, heat, and certain chemicals and allows contents to be identified at a glance. Carlisle StorPlus boxes are available in different colors (blue for fish, clear for dairy and cooked foods, green for produce, red for raw meat, and yellow for poultry) for storing foods separately in compliance with Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point Principles and Application (HACCP) food safety guidelines. Corner reinforcements help prevent chipping and cracking. Handles facilitate lifting and carrying. A smooth interior surface facilitates cleaning. Panels on the sides can be affixed with labels (sold separately) indicating the contents and date for inventory control. Two or more boxes can be nested for compact storage. A Carlisle 10627C09 StorPlus lid (sold separately) can be used with the box to contain food and keep it fresh. The food storage box measures 26.00 x 18.00 x 9.00 inches (L x W x H). (L is length, the horizontal distance from left to right; W is width, the horizontal distance from front to back; H is height, the vertical distance from lowest to highest point.) It has a capacity of 12.50 gallons. The box is dishwasher-safe and withstands temperatures from -40 to +212 degrees F. This food storage box meets NSF International/American National Standards Institute (ANSI) Standard 2 for use in food handling and processing.
