About CapitolBrand M3453-2424 Glass Microscope Slide
The CapitolBrand Glass Microscope Cover Slip is a slide cover slip used to hold a slide specimen in place and protect it from accidental contact with the microscope lens. The chemically-resistant glass cover is used in dry or wet mounts for high-resolution microscopy. The #1 thickness (0.13 to 0.17mm) of the slip is precision controlled for uniformity and the slip fits the standard 3" x 1" slides used most microscopic applications. The cover is used in dry or wet mounts for high-resolution microscopes in medical, hydrological, and pathological laboratory settings. Capitol Scientific manufactures lab supplies and scientific equipment under the CapitolBrand name. The company was founded in 1963 and is headquartered in Austin, TX.
