This Wink compression girdle is seamless under clothing, offering TWO LAYERS of silky MEDICAL GRADE material which provides compression and support during your first months of postpartum recovery, post abdominal surgeries recovery and can be worn as a shapewear. SIZING HELP: If CURRENTLY pregnant, add at least 1 to 2 sizes up from pre-pregnancy waist measurement. If pre-pregnancy waist measurement is 28 inches, it will be a size MEDIUM (according to our size chart) pre-pregnancy. Therefore, please get at least a size large or X-large for post-pregnancy wear.Waist measurement should be the largest width of the stomach. If CURRENTLY NOT pregnant, measure your waist and refer to our sizing chart for the right size. SIZING RUNS SMALL. IMPORTANT NOTE: Garment SHOULD NOT roll down when wearing.
