Product Description C-MORE Systems’ CSL Serendipity Red Dot Sight with 4 MOA packs a rugged build into a lightweight body while maintaining quick and accurate target acquisition. Decide you need a different dot size? The CSL features Interchangeable Dot Modules (sold separately) that are quick and easy to change out whether you need a lower or higher MOA. Apply the sight directly to the frame by drilling and tapping 3 holes, made for guns with a 0.75 inch width frames such as standard 1911 frames and clones including Colt, Springfield, Kimber, Para-Ordnance. The Click Intensity Switch has 12 adjustable positions, the first is power off, second and third are for night vision, and 4 through 12 provide different light intensities depending on environmental lighting conditions. By using a single red dot as an aiming point, target acquisition is as simple as point and shoot. The unique Heads-Up-Display (HUD) design provides an unlimited field of view, while eliminating obstruction and tunnel vision common to tube style scopes. Designed around the 1911 frame and competition race guns, the Serendipity started the heads-up revolution in shooting sports. In 1993 it was the first sight ever used in competition to incorporate a heads-up display or "tubeless" design. Since then C-MORE Systems sights have proven their performance and reliability with multiple National and World Championships and continue to be the DOMINATE sight in competition today. The Serendipity is available in ten different models. The difference in each model is the intensity switch and the width of the mounting pads, which are machined to fit the width of the selected frame.
