The Buddy Products Wood Suggestion Box features a tumbler lock with two keys to ensure privacy, and comes with a pack of 50 yellow suggestion cards (also sold separately, model 5621) and a chain pen. The pen can be placed anywhere on the box for convenience. Mounting hardware is not included. The insertion slot measures 4.875 x .75 Inches.
