This salami slicer was designed to give quick and precise cuts of salami. The unique design of the blade allows for effortless cuts of both soft and hard salami with a simple back-and-forth motion. A stainless steel arch works as a guide and helps keep hand away from blade while slicing. The three rubber feet prevent sliding during use. A simple, push-in locking mechanism secures the blade when not in use. It is made of beech wood and a tempered, serrated stainless steel blade. Maximum diameter is 2 1/4 \". Hand made in France since 1946.
