The 14” diameter steel blade fan is pitched for maximum air flow to keep your living area cooler, extend the life of your air conditioner and save energy and money. The unit has a 23-gauge metal flashing that allows for nailing and hot tar application and mesh bird screen. The attic ventilator operates automatically and includes a built-in adjustable thermostat with a thermally protected lubricated motor. This ventilator measures 2.17" x 0.83" x 2.17" to provide year-round ventilation for your attic and mounts easily between rafters with the included installation template.
