About Bright Star WorkSAFE 2206 LED 4-D Cell LED
The Bright Star 2206LED WorkSafe intrinsic flashlight is a battery-powered lantern flashlight with an LED lamp and has a 150-hour run time, outputs 90 lumens of light, and is suitable for use in many hazardous atmospheres. The lantern body and lens ring are made of polypropylene and the lens is made of polycarbonate for strength and to resist impact when dropped on concrete from a height of 1 m. This flashlight is Ingress Protection certified IP67 for protection from dust and protection when immersed in water up to 1 m deep for up to 30 minutes. The flashlight handle provides space to accommodate many kinds of work glove. It runs on four D alkaline or carbon zinc batteries (sold separately). This flashlight complies with UL 783 Standard for Electric Flashlights and Lanterns for Hazardous (Classified) Locations and with UL 913 Standard for Intrinsically Safe Apparatus and Associated Apparatus for Use in Class I, II, III, Division 1, Hazardous (Classified) Locations. It measures 5.6 x 4.9 x 8.2 inches/14.2 x 12.4 x 20.9 cm (H x W x D). (H is height, the vertical distance from lowest to highest point; W is width, the horizontal distance from left to right; D is depth, the horizontal distance from front to back.)
