The Brennan N2500-SS series double-ferrule 90-degree elbow fitting is made of stainless steel and has tube connectors. This 90-degree elbow fitting, or "ell," connects two pipes at a 90-degree angle to change the direction of flow between pipes. It is a push-to-connect fitting that accepts the insertion of nylon, soft nylon and polyurethane tube fittings. It is made of stainless steel for resistance to scaling and corrosion, and has a double ferrule construction, reducing the possibility of leakage. It meets International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001:2008 standards for quality assurance. Pipe fittings are components used for connecting, terminating, controlling flow, and changing the direction of piping in many different industries. Push-to-connect compression fittings do not require tools or sealants, and are useful in installations where a heat source, such as a soldering torch, is prohibited.
