About Brennan 2700-20-20, Steel JIC Tube
The Brennan 2700 series MJ bulkhead fitting is made of steel and has JIC male connectors. This is a bulkhead fitting designed to be mounted in a wall or bulkhead to allow tube connection on either side of a barrier. It has Joint Industrial Council (JIC) flared male connectors for connecting to female JIC pipes on both ends. It is made of steel for its better weldability and increased rust resistance over iron. The operating temperatures for this fitting range from -63 to 400 degrees F. This fitting meets Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) standard J514 for quality assurance.Pipe fittings are components used for connecting, terminating, controlling flow, and changing the direction of piping in many different industries.
