The Bolio stainless gooseneck pour over coffee kettle with thermometer lets you make amazing hand made coffee with ease. Controlling the flow of water and the water temperature is the key to making great pour over coffee. This is where the bolio kettle excels. The flow rate of our kettle as well as the balance allows for optimum control. We feature an ergonomic handle and an elegant curved spout. The kettle can be used on both an electric stove, gas stove or hot water can be made in a standard pot and poured into the kettle. The thermometer on the top allows you to know exactly when to start pouring. We recommend heating the water to about 195 degrees. Capacity 1.2 L
