Each tube contains 16 doses of 5 pellets. Active Ingredients Arnica Montana 6C HPUS Muscle pains, stiffness Oculus indices 6C HPUS Sleep pattern disturbance Nix vomica 30C HPUS Drowsiness Inactive Ingredients Sucrose, lactose Suggested Use As a dietary supplement Take 5 pellets of Arnica Montana 6C in the afternoon until muscle pain is relieved (max 7 days). Take 5 pellets of Oculus indices 6C 3 times a day until sleep pattern disturbance is relieved (max 7 days).
