How to pair both earbuds simultaneously? Please reset the earbuds following the steps below:1. Forget the “T12” device from your Bluetooth on your phone.2. Take out two earbuds from the charging box and long press the Multifunction Buttons of both earbud for 15 seconds until the orange and white lights flash for 1 second to turn them off.3. Turn on the earbuds again: After 2 seconds, press Multifunction Buttons of both earbuds. When indicator lights flash orange and white alternately, the earbuds are in pairing mode.
