Q1: My device is definitely connected to TV, but why can't I hear any sound from my headset / speakers? A: If using optical connection please set TV Speaker to "External Speaker"/"Digital Output" and Audio Format set to "PCM". Q2: Why can't be paired? Most headphones or Bluetooth speaker have memory functions, and the matching mode of headphones needs to be restarted. Picture instructions can be downloaded in after-sales email or contacted with sellers for support. Q3: Why sounds notable delay? To avoid notable delays, in TX mode the headset or speaker needs to support the Aptx LL Codec. In RX mode, phone, tablet or streamer support Aptx LL. Otherwise the connection may experience a 70-220ms delay. Using Tips: 1.Multipoint support works best for same brand/model of headphones. 2.For non- aptX LL supported headphones/speakers (e.g. Bose, Beats, Sony headphones), it will work with them using SBC codec with 70-200ms latency - Lip-sync delay could be noticed by sensitive users. 3.It doesn't support aptX HD and aptx LL when dual link. NOT simultaneously supports aptX HD and aptX LL. 4.Not recommend for streaming live music (while playing guitar, keyboard, electronic drums etc.) 5.Only for music,Can not use for calls. 6.If have any problem, Pls contact us: https://amazon.com/gp/help/contact-seller/contact-seller.html?marketplaceID=ATVPDKIKX0DER&sellerID=AD8CBO896AOJ1&ref_=v_sp_contact_seller
