The magnificent hardwood saya (the scabbard), featuring hand painted gold Japanese symbols and a matching wooden handguard piece with a gold Y (logo of "yakuza samurai swords") of each sword are intricately designed as individual works of art. Both the sayas and the handguards are painted black with a reinforced shiny lacquer. These are sharpened stainless steel swords designed with simpler wood finish to highlight the curves and the beauty of the blades. The set includes a black hardwood display stand designed to hold three swords. This beautiful set contains a Katana (40 1/2"), wakizashi (32"), and a tanto (21"). brand new in the box
