The suede lined, contoured footbed will mold to the shape of your foot creating a custom footbed that supports and cradles you each and every step. Flexible EVA outsole offers lightweight, shock absorbing support with lasting durability. **** Birkenstock sizing information: The letter "N" indicates "Narrow Width Footbed" and accommodates Narrow to Regular footbeds. The letter "M" indicates "Medium/Regular/Normal Width Footbed" and accommodates Regular to Wide footbeds. Please also note: if you've never worn Birkenstocks before: Birkenstock makes the Arizona Sandals intentionally roomy (both in length and in width) for added comfort so they tend to run long and wide (our customer say they are about 0.5 (half-a-size) larger than your average sandal . Most people prefer it this way since the buckles can be adjusted for a tight fit. In fact, this is part of their appeal. Birkenstock footwear is designed and sized to provide a roomy fit allowing your toes and feet to wiggle and be free. This sometimes takes a bit of getting used to. However, if you're unsure of which size to order and prefer a very tight fit (no wiggle room) AND do not plan on wearing socks: we recommend purchasing a size smaller than you typically purchase.
