The Biota Bot MM108 is the Mighty Desktop Air Purifier with 5 stages of Purification to effectively filter micro particles as small as 0.3 microns like Airborne Allergens, Plant Pollens, Dust, and Mold Spores. With its True HEPA Filter and Activated Carbon Charcoal Filter the Air Cleaner effectively removes Formaldehyde, Smoke, Cooking, and Pet Odors. Finally, The Biota Bot produces 10 million ions per second and is intended to remove harmful bacteria from the air. Smart Sensor Technology automatically controls the 2 fan speeds depending on the quality air. Sensor will up the fan speed if it detects any pollutants in the air. 2-4-8 hour timer is designed to turn off the air purifier completely once the selected time has elapsed. Filters can be placed either way with minimal difference. We suggest to place the black activated-carbon side out since it matches the color of the unit and you can vacuum the dust off to prolong the life of the filter.
