About Bed Connecting Brackets For Adjustable Beds
Application Designed for use with Leggett & Platt Adjustable Bed Bases, these brackets will hold two matching adjustable bed bases or power foundations together. Most Commonly Used with Dual or Split King Size These are commonly used with a Dual King setup in which two Twin Extra-Long bases are pushed together to form a King. This is the ideal solution to keep the beds from splitting apart in the middle. This item may also be used with the Split Queen. Included Items 2 Bed Base Connection Brackets 4 Washers Construction Plastic How Sold Sold as a set of two brackets. Installation Instructions Step One: With the beds beside each other, unscrew the two inside legs on one end of the bed. You do not need to remove the leg completely. With the legs loose, slide the connection bracket into place using the slots. Use the inside holes for split queen and the outside holes for split king. After the bed link is in place, tighten the legs. Repeat the process for the other end of the bed. Step Two: Remove the outside legs (one at a time) and place the provided washers on the leg and re-attach to the frame. (Note: Washers are to be placed on the (4) outer legs only. This will compensate for the space created by the Connection Brackets.) Step Three: If not already installed, place casters in legs. PLEASE NOTE: These brackets are for adjustable beds with cylindrical legs ONLY.
