It couldn't be simpler. Crank wire around the rod as shown and you've made a coil spring. Pull the spring off and insert a core wire. Now coil this spring around the larger rod in your kit to form a cylinder bead. Then try shaping it into a bi-cone or sphere. Imagine the possibilities. Tool includes two cranking rods {.063Inches (1.6mm) and .135 Inches (3.4mm) diameter}, a bracket frame with screw and instructions. The Coiling Gizmo is suitable for use with all gauges of Artistic Wire to make beaded jewelry and other designs. More is better especially when it's colored Artistic Wire. Each pack of Buy the Dozen gives 12 vibrant colors, selected to go together well in any project from Jewelry to Paper Crafts. This kit contains a total of 24 spools of Artistic Wire in both standard and silver plated colors in popular gauges 22 and 24.
