This traditional design elements borrowed it references to modern living space. Barn door looks simple and elegant, space-saving, practical. This door can be used for any interior space: storage room, laundry room, master bathroom, walk-in closet, office, shutters, high mobility areas. Condition: Brand New. Material: Powder Coated Steel. Surface: Dark Coffee / Black. Door weight capacity: 150lb - 230lb. Door panel thickness: 35-40mm. Fit door panel width: Single Door 8FT /2440mm door panel width: 1020 - 1220mm. Single Door BD-S01 8FT Package Includes: (1) Sliding Track (8FT/ 2440mm); (6) Track & Wall Connector; (2) Roller; (2) Stopper; (1) Floor Guide; (2) Anti-jump pad; (1) Installation Instruction. All other necessary hardware is included as you see in the pictures. ONLY hardware is for sale, Timber door is not included. The height from top of the door to the top of the roller is about 130mm, Pls make sure you have at least 150mm for installation. The gap between the door panel and the wall is about 16mm based on door panel thickness 40mm. Track has been pre-drilled 16" apart holes, if your wall is drywall+stud, Pls check if it's 16" between two studs.
