The Hybrid Series by Bambu combines two highly renewable materials to create one innovative and multi-functional cutting surface. For the first time, bamboo and cork are combined to form an exceptional dual purpose cutting board. Bamboo is durable, long-lasting and harder than most woods. It is anti-microbial and washes easily with soap and water. Cork is a high- density material that is hypo- allergenic, slip resistant and impermeable to liquids. Cork has the added benefit of cushioning knives while cutting, which keeps knives sharp longer. Together, bamboo and cork provide the ideal balance of hard and soft: the perfect cutting surface for all tasks.
