Foreword Our bed skirt is elastic and could be hooped on the mattress. If your mattress is too thick, you could pull the bed skirt to the bottom of the mattress. If your mattress is thin, you could pull it to the top. Please measure the height of the mattress to the floor before purchase it. And we provide a variety of colors, sizes and heights to choose from. Please free replacement on Amazon if size or height aren't suitable. Everyone perceives and describes colors differently, some customers think it's like light tan, some think it's taupe, this is a controversial color. Difference 1 It fits easily and hangs nicely. There are the two bottom corners and the top elastic runs from one top of mattress corner to the other. There is no skirt fabric at the top of the bed by the side of the wall, it just slips around the entire mattress. Very easy to put on.
