This wide bore pipet tip is for research grade pipettors. It is ideal for molecular and microbiology applications in which carryover contamination can invalidate results. The filter position allows for sufficient space between the sample and filter at the maximum rated volume and in case of overpipetting, the sample can be easily recovered by dispensing.
