The battery compartment icon "+", means positive power supply and the icon "-" for the negative. 3.The power indicator will be on after the driving plate is turned on. Turn on the air volume controller and toggle to the MAX, air volume will be large. 4.Working with battery: the fan will be stopped when low battery power and cannot wake up again. Please charge in time. The indicator will be on during charging, and turns off when the fan is fully charged. 5.Powered by USB: one charging cord should be in the "DC-5V" charging port, the other would be the USB of charger, computer or mobile power. When turn on the power switch, the power and charging indicator would be lighted and the fan will work properly. 6.The bases can be placed horizontally or clipped onto any object whose thickness is not greater than the opening angle of the clip to adjust the horizontal or vertical angle depending on your location to control the wind direction.
