Reminder: This product only works with Android based car stereo (specially optimized for ATOTO A6/A6Y Series), that being said, it does not work with non-Android car stereo or factory car stereo! Applicable Phone Version: Apple: iPhone 5 or up; Google Android OS 4.4 or up; How this ATOTO AC-WCPAA48 phone link adapter works: Step 1: Ensure your phones are using iOS or Android operation system. For Android smartphones, be sure that your phone can download and install "Android Auto" app from Google Play Store, and you can use this feature on the android phone first; Step2: Check if your ATOTO Android car stereo has the specified "ZBOX" app built-in, otherwise you need to turn to Seller support for instructions of downloading & installing the apk manually; step 3: To use wired Android Auto feature, please connect your phone to the AC-WCPAA48 adapter and let the other end of this adapter connect to USB interface of ATOTO Android car stereo. Then follow the pop-ups from your phone side to finish the rest steps. Notice: Please connect the AC-WCPAA48 to the right USB interface of an Andriod car stereo, it should not be quick charge interface. To use wireless CarPlay feature, you just need to do an initial setup, pairing your iphone Bluetooth with AC-WCPAA48 and connecting to its WiFi hotspot, and following the pop-ups from your phone side to finish the rest steps.
