This goblet is made of fine polyresin and stainless steel, hand painted and polished. It measures 6.75" Tall and about 3.25" in diameter at the top and 2.5" diameter at the base of the chalice. Drink in style with this Egyptian theme goblet. Handwash only. Goblet capacity is 6 ounces. Horus is one of the most significant ancient Egyptian deities. He was worshipped from at least the late prehistoric Egypt until the Ptolemaic Kingdom and Roman Egypt. Horus was worshipped as the God of the Sky and all its Celestial Bodies, war and hunting. The Pyramid Texts (c. 2400-2300 BC) describe the nature of the pharaoh in different characters as both Horus and Osiris.
