About ATD Tools 909 Heavy-Duty Ratchet Hose Cutter
This Heavy Duty Ratchet Hose Cutter features a cutting blade made of special alloy, heat treated steel for long life. The ratcheting action makes this cutter extremely easy to operate resulting in quick, clean cuts. It cuts all rubber hoses and PVC pipe up to 1-1/2 inch outer diameter (not recommended for PVC200).
