ArmorDillo Transport Film will provide your vehicle with a temporary layer of protection to preserve your exterior finish and may be used during transport or assembly. Whether you are transporting open/enclosed or performing custom fabrication, ArmorDillo Transport Film can provide protection from unnecessary contact with fluids/chemicals, road debris, zippers, utility belts, and more. Protects your vehicle from getting scratched during transport, sandblasting, rock chipping, harmful chemicals, and smashed bugs during transport. (Invisible road debris, low hanging branches, sand and dust storms, rock salts, loose gravel, bushes, dripping oil or fluids from the car above, road splash, gnats, grasshoppers, bees, etc.) The adhesive system is solvent based natural rubber and doesn't have the "quick stick" properties of an acrylic adhesive system, so it takes a little longer to adhere properly. That said, as long as the surface is dry, clean and grease free it adheres better than an acrylic adhesive and you don't have to worry about residue. You'll find that the adhesive strength will build a little over time, but the film will remove cleanly, even after several months.
