Chewing charges the interior self-dispensing reservoir to release toothpaste onto the soft bristles and brushes teeth as the toy flexes and squeaks. Directions: Step 1: Unscrew end cap. Step 2: Slide off blue outer sleeve. Step 3: Apply a pea sized amount of toothpaste onto both sides labeled "toothpaste." Step 4: Place blue outer sleeve back onto its original position. Step 5: Screw end cap on. For best results, encourage play for 15-20 minutes daily.
