Q: If you could give one message to a large group of people; what would it be? A: --- "Well. for one, I am a realist, really... I am not, I repeat not a misanthrope. ---- Q: What would make you say that". A: --- Well, people who live in the clouds often confuse me with being negative; but they just don't get it. I feel like I am realistic; yet I do not feel negative. When I walk into a store people tell me "how are you" and they instantly continue with "I am great" before I even have a chance to reply. So my thought is "Hello...is anybody home up there?". My question is: why bother asking someone how they are when you don't really care about the answer and do not want to "listen"? That’s what has happened to me and happens to everyone. ---- Q: Can you clarify what you mean with that? A: --- Perhaps you shouldn't bother asking a personal question when you don't care. A shrug and a grin' that's how I feel when I get that "how are you" greeting. And if you really do care about someone; perhaps you should ask them "how are you feeling today" instead of the "how are you". And wait for their reply and really listen to them! ---- Q: I see how you feel. A: ----- In a sense I blame the British, really, I do. If we had been ruled by the French; we would have an entirely different mindset (and never would have needed that tea party). We kicked them out the British which was good but too late. We kept their frigid mentality; mind you, the British are not the greatest lovers - we've got to look at the French and Italians for that. Anyway, just don't put a label on me or on people in general. That's basically what I am trying to say I guess. That and drink more wine and love more. Everyone needs love and wants to give love. Be open for love; talk to someone and show them you care. Now you surely must agree with that". ---- and then he walked over to the optimist and they became best friends.
