AquaticLife RO Buddie Inline Sediment Filter Cartridge The RO Buddie Inline Sediment Filter Cartridge for reverse osmosis/deionization systems acts as a line of defense against dirt and debris. Use it as a prefilter prior to carbon filtration. It captures and reduces unwanted particulate material such as sand, silt, and rust from water which affect the taste and appearance of your water. The RO Buddie replacement sediment filter can be used for AquaticLife RO & RO/DI models 540016, 540017, 540019, and other RO & RO/DI brands which are Geekpure, APEC, and LiquaGen. Inline Design - Easy To View Translucent Housing The inline design makes it easy to plumb into many different types of filtration needs. Simply connect to the molded 1/4" Female Pipe Threads (FPT) on each end of the cartridge. The spun polypropylene traps sediment down to 5 microns in size. This 5-Micron sediment filter has a translucent polyethylene housing for easy viewing of the cartridge condition to know when it's time to replace. Replace every 3-6 months or 1,500 gallons of total water passing through the cartridge. Operating Temperature: Min 39°F, Max 100°F. Working pressure: Min 35 PSI, Max 80 PSI. Flow Rate: 0.5 GPM.
